Mathdash is the “new” AOPS; contests, handouts, problems, comparable to Codeforces for programming

Omegalearn is also really good, contains textbooks (kind of hard though), videos (very good explanations), and resources

Math with Ms. Lin is a must-have, containing almost every past MATHCOUNTS test from 2000-2017

TheBeautyOfMath contains guides for how to study and prepare, along with a lot of good explanations of math problems

Po-Shen Loh contains livestreams going over MATHCOUNTS problems of all levels

MATHCOUNTS Practice Plans has good videos and handouts, better for beginners

MATHCOUNTS Minis is also really good, great handouts, goes over state-level problems
Problem Trainers
Classes

AOPS Classes are paid, ideally take the subject math courses; contest prep courses are somewhat outdated

AOPS Alcumus is the best one, can change through lots of different topics

AMC Trivial is good for AMC 8 problems

SAAB is a bit old, and some of the problems are hard
